Tour Itinerary
Day by Day

Our safari guide will pick you up from the airport or hotel, followed by a safari briefing session before commencing the drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. On arrival, you will enjoy a game drive en route to the lodge for hot lunch and relaxation. Later in the afternoon, you will depart for the game drive until sunset; you will return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Lake Nakuru is rich in biodiversity, best known for its birdlife and as a refuge for the White Rhino. The highlights are the seasoned presence of Flamingoes and other birdlife found on the shores of Lake Nakuru.

The park is also a breeding point for the endangered White Rhinos species, and there is probably no better place in East Africa to observe the White Rhino. In addition, Nakuru offers excellent bird watching and game viewing with all the Big Five except the Elephant. Also inhabiting this park is the endangered Rothschild Giraffe, Waterbuck, gazelle and baboon.

An early morning drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, it holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. Along the way, you will enjoy scenic views of the Great Rift Valley and arrive at the camp for hot lunch and relaxation.

Later you will enjoy an afternoon game viewing until sunset as you track the Big Five animals and numerous plains games. Then, later in the evening, drive to your camp for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

The Masai Mara is one of Kenya’s most sought-after game-viewing areas. The reserve itself covers 700sq miles of magnificent wilderness. It is the Africa of your imagination, with endless reaches of acacia-dotted grasslands studded with hazy hills.

After a delicious breakfast, you will depart for the day discovering the Mara game reach areas in search of the Big Five animals and the wildebeest migration. However, you can opt for separate morning and afternoon game drives and return late in the evening for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Masai Mara offers such wide-ranging and abundant wildlife that it is difficult to comprehend. Over 450 species have been recorded, including lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopards, many kinds of antelopes and elephants.

In the Mara, the most spectacular natural world event happens, ‘‘The Great Annual Migration,” of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following their heels are the savannah predators: lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vulture.

Wake up early and enjoys your last breakfast in Masai Mara; check out and depart to the Kenya-Tanzania border Isebania (Sirare) with packed lunch upon reaching the border point for immigration and customs procedures. Next, you will exchange the vehicle and the tour guide and drive to the iconic Serengeti arriving in the afternoon with an en-route game drive heading to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

The park has 14,763 sq. km and more than 4 million large mammals live in total wilderness freedom. The park is unquestionably one of the best-known wildlife national parks globally. It is renowned for its annual wildebeest migration of 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and antelopes. As for the big cats and large predators, it’s the place to look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas, with many television scenes like the famous River Crossings filmed in this park.

Waking up in the Serengeti is something extraordinary. Africa’s sights, sounds, and smells surround you, and a full day of adventure in the world’s most famous national park is ahead.

You will enjoy full days in the Serengeti National Park, precisely we are entirely flexible with your preferences, and this day will be prearranged according to your desires. Your guide will discuss the best timings on every safari day, including the game drives and the wake-up time. For instance, on this day, you could do a morning game drive, return for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive. Alternatively, you could do a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch.

The Central Serengeti offers superb game viewing all year round due to its abundance of resident animals. Specifically, the Seronera River Valley in Central Serengeti is a ‘must see’ on every safari, regardless of the specific month of travel. Game viewing in Central Serengeti is at its best during the dry season (June – November), as animals are more concentrated in the immediate area due to the lack of water on the plains. Resident animals include impalas, buffaloes, hippos, warthogs, topi, hartebeests, lions, zebras, elephants, cheetahs and giraffes.

Wake up early for breakfast, followed by departure for a morning game drive, spot the animals when they are more active and have a fantastic sunrise. The sun-up in the African Savannah is one of the most excellent stunning, unforgettable experiences.

After lunch, it’s time to drive eastwards to visit another spectacular setting for Tanzania’s wildlife, the famous Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival late in the afternoon, settle for dinner and overnight.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a pioneering experiment where people (the Maasai), livestock, and wildlife co-exist and share the same protected habitat. The stunning spectacle of the Ngorongoro Crater, its steep walls falling some 610 meters to the floor, is undoubtedly one of the highlights of a safari tour in Tanzania. The crater floor is home to thousands of animals, including the rare black rhinos, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, hippos, elephants and a large predator population of lions.

Today there will be plenty of time to enjoy another actual show – Ngorongoro Crater is often called a wonder of the world. So, after breakfast, descend into the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife viewing in one of the most splendid places exploring Africa’s Garden of Eden, the Ngorongoro Crater.

The crater is the grasslands, forests, and freshwater lake that inspire the migration of animals and makes for the perfect chance to catch a glimpse of Africa’s notorious Big Five (buffalo, elephants, leopards, black-maned lions, and the rare black rhinoceros).

After some exploring, enjoy a lunch picnic in the crater’s heart before we take in some more sights and drive up the steep road out of the crater, heading to Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing. The park is one of the Rift Valley’s most renowned lakes and is home to impressive concentrations of birds and large mammals.

Even though the park is small, 325 sq. kilometres, it has awe-inspiring scenery and is well-known for its growing population of baboons, tree-climbing lions and elephants. The game drives along the lake provide spectacular photo chances of giraffes and buffaloes in the foreground and the lake and its flamingos in the background. Moreover, the park is a bird watcher’s paradise where over 350 species of birds, including the lively flamingo, pelican, sacred ibis, grebe, and stork, can be spotted.

Around Noontime, you will have a stop for a picnic lunch, followed by an en-route drive exiting the park heading to Arusha or the airport for drop-off.
