Online credit card payment gives you the fastest and most convenient way to complete your booking. However, you need to include a 3.5% bank surcharge in your total amount. We explain this surcharge below. Once you pay through the bank’s secure link, you immediately receive confirmation of your payment.
Important Note:
The 3.5% surcharge applies only to the final 70% of your payment. Thankfully, we waive this fee on the initial 30% deposit for your safari. If you want to skip the surcharge altogether, consider using a direct bank transfer instead.

Using an online credit card payment ensures instant confirmation and allows us to secure your reservation right away. Moreover, it eliminates delays that might occur with other methods.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, absolutely. Banks are processes all payments through a secure HTTPS link. You enter your card details directly into the bank’s system. We never store or view your information. Therefore, your payment stays safe and fully private.
Why there is 3.5% charge?
This charge is a bank processing fee for all credit card transactions in Tanzania. Hola Africa Ltd does not add this fee. Understanding this charge in advance helps you choose the best payment method for your needs.
How do I receive payment link?

Once you’re on the page, follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your payment. You’ll see a confirmation screen, and a receipt will be emailed to you. Don’t forget to send us a copy to finalize your booking.

This form allows the bank to confirm that you are the actual cardholder. Therefore, it adds a layer of protection against fraud and unauthorized transactions.
Why is the authorization form required?
In case your payment is declined, please contact your bank and request approval for transactions to Tanzania. Sometimes, international payments—especially those to African countries—are flagged by default. Once your bank clears the transaction, you can try again.
