Online Credit Card
Paying by credit card is the fastest and most convenient option. A 3.5% bank surcharge will be applied and should be added to your total payment. No additional bank fees are incurred. Upon completing the payment through the secure link, you will instantly receive an online receipt as proof of payment.
Important Note:
The 3.5% surcharge is waived on the initial 30% deposit for the safari. However, it applies to the remaining 70% balance. If you prefer to avoid this fee, we recommend using a direct bank transferFQA – Online Credit Card

Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through a secure HTTPS link from our bank partner. You enter your card details directly; we do not store or access them. This ensures that your payment is secure and you can make it with confidence.<
Why there is 3.5% charge?
This is a bank processing fee applied to all credit card transactions in Tanzania. Hola Africa Ltd does not charge it. Understanding this fee will help you make an informed decision about your payment method.
How do I receive payment link?

After accessing the secure payment page, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.
You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation and an online receipt. Please email us the receipt to finalise your booking.
What happens after payment approval is received?
After payment approval is received, we will send you a Credit Card Authorization Form to complete. This form is required by our bank for verification purposes, in line with anti fraud procedures.
Why is the authorisation form required?
It allows the bank to verify that you are the legitimate cardholder and protects against fraudulent transactions.
What if the payment fails?
If your payment fails, we recommend contacting your bank to authorise transactions to Tanzania. International payments—especially to African countries—are sometimes flagged. Once approved, you can attempt the payment again.
