Fadhili Mlema, the visionary leader and founder of Hola Africa Ltd, embodies the spirit of adventure and a profound love for East Africa. Born and raised in a village bordering the Selous Game Reserve—now Nyerere National Park, the largest in Tanzania and among the largest in Africa—Fadhili’s childhood was deeply influenced by the wonders of the wild.
Imagine growing up surrounded by the sights and sounds of Africa’s largest national park, majestic landscapes and diverse wildlife; he developed a passion for tourism and conservation that inspired him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in science and Tourism Management, laying the foundation for a lifelong journey of creating transformative travel experiences. With years of industry expertise, Fadhili leads with creativity, strategic thinking, and a relentless commitment to excellence. His leadership inspires our team to push boundaries, uncover hidden gems, and deliver extraordinary journeys that ignite a sense of wonder and discovery for every traveller.
Fadhili envisioned creating a company that would showcase the wonders of East Africa and act as a force for positive change.
